These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of theadjustmentgroup.ai (the "Site") and the services offered by The Adjustment Group ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
The Adjustment Group provides AI-powered front-office systems for service businesses, including AI phone receptionist, missed-call text-back, speed-to-lead response, CRM pipeline, follow-up automation, review management and related services, as described on this Site and in your service agreement. Specific inclusions, terms and minimum commitments are set out in the plan you select and your signed agreement, which control if they differ from the Site.
2. AI systems disclosure
Some interactions with The Adjustment Group — including calls to our main phone line and conversations with our website chat — are handled by AI assistants. These assistants identify themselves as AI, and will confirm they are AI if asked. Calls and chats may be recorded and transcribed to deliver and improve the service.
3. The Business Blind Spot Report
The Business Blind Spot Report is a free informational analysis provided as-is, for your general guidance. It is based on publicly available data and information you provide, and while we work to make it accurate and useful, it does not constitute financial, legal or professional advice, and we make no guarantee of specific business outcomes.
4. Fees and billing
Current plan pricing is displayed on this Site. Plans are billed monthly and may carry a minimum commitment period as stated at signup. Setup fees, where applicable, are one-time and non-refundable once build work has begun. We will always confirm pricing in writing before any charge.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site or services, including attempting to disrupt them, using them for unlawful purposes, or using messaging systems we build in violation of applicable law (including TCPA and carrier requirements). Systems we install for clients are configured for consent-based communication only.
SMS Messaging Terms
Program Name: The Adjustment Group SMS Notifications
The Adjustment Group offers SMS messaging to provide appointment reminders, service updates, account notifications, and occasional marketing communications to customers who have opted in. By opting in to receive text messages from The Adjustment Group, you agree to the following:
- You may receive recurring text messages from The Adjustment Group. Message frequency varies based on your service activity and preferences.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to +1 510-513-8851. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
- If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates may apply. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, and materials we create (including reports) are our intellectual property or licensed to us. Your Business Blind Spot Report is yours to use within your business.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Adjustment Group is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be available on this Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
