Calls and chats with our AI systems may be recorded and transcribed to deliver and improve the service; our AI assistants identify themselves as AI.

To deliver what you asked for (such as your Business Blind Spot Report or book chapters), to respond to enquiries, to provide and improve our services, and — only where you have separately opted in — to send SMS communications.
SMS and Phone Number Data
When you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages from The Adjustment Group, we collect and store your phone number for the purpose of sending you the messages you have consented to receive.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
