Founding clients. For our first few clients, the setup fee is waived on both plans in exchange for a case study and testimonial written into the agreement. The seats are limited and end when they fill. Ask when we talk.

Usage

Each plan includes a generous allowance of AI calls and messages inside the monthly price. Use beyond that is metered at the rates listed in your agreement.

Your phone number

You keep it. We provision a dedicated line for the receptionist and your existing number forwards to it. The receptionist can take every call, overflow only, or after-hours only—your choice, changeable later.

Your tools

Calendar sync (Google or Outlook) is included. Connections to your job-management or property software depend on the tool; we confirm the scope on the call, and never promise a connection blind.
